At M. Digital Artz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our refund and return process for both digital products and physical items.
30-Day Return Window for Physical Products
We offer a 30-day return policy on all physical products including posters, canvas prints, and apparel. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Physical Product Return Requirements
- Posters & Canvas Prints: Must be in original condition, undamaged, and in original packaging
- T-Shirts & Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Original order number or receipt required
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or we made an error
Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final once the download link has been accessed. We cannot offer refunds on digital art files, wallpapers, or downloadable content after delivery.
Digital Product Exceptions
We will provide a full refund for digital products if:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded
- The product received is significantly different from what was advertised
- You were charged multiple times for the same order
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll make it right immediately:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund
- No return shipping required for damaged or defective items
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to return your purchase:

- Get Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions within 24 hours
- Pack Securely: Pack your item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Ship Your Return: Send to the address provided with your RA number clearly marked on the package
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned without a Return Authorization number
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or design:
- Same Price Items: Free exchange within 30 days
- Different Price Items: You'll be charged or refunded the price difference
- Exchange Shipping: We'll cover shipping for defective items; the customer pays shipping for preference exchanges
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads (after the file has been accessed)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
Cancellations
Before Shipping
You may cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us immediately at support@mdigitalartz.com with your order number.
After Shipping
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You'll need to follow our standard return process once you receive the item.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Refunds will be issued in USD and converted to your local currency by your bank.
